Agreement to terms

By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Website projects are also governed by the signed Client Service Agreement, which controls if it conflicts with this page.

Services

Cyberhawk designs, builds, hosts, and maintains custom websites. The signed Client Service Agreement states the complete scope, timeline, and responsibilities for a project.

Payment terms

  • $249 is due before we begin building, once we have your signed agreement and your information. It is non-refundable once work begins.
  • $49 a month begins on the first day of the calendar month after the billing start date and covers hosting, SSL, infrastructure, and technical support.
  • The setup fee is non-refundable once work begins.
  • Additional work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

Project timeline

Most sites are ready for your review within 1 to 5 days of getting your information and setup payment. This is a target, not a guarantee. Delayed information, feedback, or access can move the timeline back.

Revisions

Your price includes 2 revisions before your site goes live. A revision is one list of changes sent together, and it can include major changes, such as adding or removing images, adding or removing services and their pages, and updating hours or contact details. Each revision after the first 2, and every revision after your site is live, costs $75. You pay for a revision before we start it.

Client responsibilities

  • Providing timely information, feedback, and approvals.
  • Supplying content, images, and brand materials.
  • Ensuring supplied content is owned or licensed.
  • Owning and renewing your domain name.

Cancellation and ownership

There is no minimum term. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the calendar month in which notice is received. You keep your domain and your content. Cyberhawk keeps the source code unless you complete a buyout under the Client Service Agreement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
