Client Service Agreement

Download, sign, and email the unedited agreement to info@cyberhawk.dev. We must confirm receipt before your project can move forward.

1. Sign the agreement. Download it below, complete Exhibit B, sign it, and email it back.

2. Complete the intake form. After we confirm the signed agreement, continue at intake.cyberhawk.dev and send the project information we need.

3. Wait for confirmation. We review your information and confirm that we have enough to begin.

4. Pay the setup invoice. We then invoice the $249 setup fee. Work begins only after payment in full.
